José M. Concha, DPM, FACFAS

Dr. José Concha was born in Lima, Peru and grew up on Long Island, New York. After serving 6 years active duty in the U.S. Navy, as a Medical Corpsman, he earned his Medical Degree in 1996, from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He completed his medical & surgical residency at The Medical Center of Delaware in Wilmington, DE. He is the 1998 recipient of the Journal of Podiatric Medicine Association's William J. Stickel Award for research in podiatric medicine. He is the 2008 Temple University Gallery of Success Award winner. His inventions in the field have significantly reduced the rate of infections and amputations in North Florida and nationally. Dr. Concha is active in domestic and international lectures regarding treatment and prevention of common foot conditions. He resides in St. Augustine where he enjoys adventuring with his wife, Leigh Ann, and 3 daughters.

Dr. Richard Johnson was born in Stoke-ON-Trent, England and grew up in northern New Jersey.

He received his Bachelors degree from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York, in 1991. He earned his Medical Degree in 1996, from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine, in Philadelphia, PA. He completed a 3-year medical & surgical residency at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Cleveland, OH, with a specialty in Reconstructive Foot & Ankle Surgery. Dr. Johnson has served twice as Chief, Division of Podiatry, at Flagler Hospital. He has lectured extensively to medical specialists and the community at large on a multitude of podiatric procedures. His work has been published in surgical textbooks and medical journals. He continues to write, publish, and lecture. Dr. Johnson resides in St. Augustine with his wife, Susan, and two children, Ellie, & Alex.

Dr. Ivankiv graduated medical school from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami Shores, FL. He then completed a three-year podiatric medicine and surgical residency at Westside Regional Medical Center in Plantation, FL, serving as the chief resident during his third year. Dr. Ivankiv is trained in elective forefoot surgery, forefoot reconstruction, bunion and hammertoe correction. He is an Board Certified by the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery, Associate Member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.

As a podiatrist, Dr. Ivankiv has a special interest in elective foot surgery, diabetic foot care, nail deformities and surgical management of the diabetic foot. Dr. Ivankiv also offers minimally invasive procedures to manage certain foot conditions.

Dr. Ivankiv resides in Flagler County with his wife Christine and enjoys traveling, working out and watching college football.
